The spirit of culture was brought up by the Indonesian Literature Study Program in a meeting of reports and performance plans on October 13, 2022. By wearing traditional clothes from various parts of Indonesia, such as blangkon, sorjan, and kebaya, to various batik models, the Indonesian Literature Study Program designed several strategic steps. The traditional feel of the Joglo Balemong House in Ungaran was chosen to further enhance cultural expression at the event.

The strategic meeting held by the Indonesian Literature Study Program mainly discussed the Lecture Credit System (SKP) and Lecturer Performance Burden (BKD), Financial Reports, Revision of Thesis Writing Guidelines, and Welcoming New Lecturers. In this activity, the study program leader evaluates the learning implementation process that has taken place and several plans are discussed. Welcoming the report, also discussed exclusively the Revision of Thesis Writing Guidelines. With the updates in various current scientific writing structures, the Indonesian Literature Study Program feels that research guidelines, especially in writing a Final Project (such as a thesis), become significant material to continue to be developed. This development also aims to advance the creative and analytical processes that can be carried out by students of the Indonesian Literature Study Program.

After a series of strategic discussions, the activity became even more heated with the introduction of new lecturers from the Indonesian Literature Study Program. The lecturers are Yuniardi Fadilah, S.S., M.A., Marta Widyawati, S.Hum., M.Hum., Siti Komariya, S.S., M.A., Herpin Nopiandi Khurosan, S.S., M.A., and Muhammad Hamdan Mukafi, S.S., M.A. The warmth of the cultural nuances of the formal meeting was closed by eating together and taking selfies in the Melva Balemong area. The intimacy that was built was even closer with the selfie process which was bustling decorated with smiles from all the lecturers of the Indonesian Literature Study Program who at that time gathered at Melva Balemong.

Responding to the lively event, Dr. Sukarjo Waluyo, M. Hum. as the Head of the Indonesian Literature Study Program said that he was grateful for the cultural values and the warmth of the team in the study program he led. This was also in line with the positive impression of all the lecturers who attended. (Hamdan)
