Certified Independent Study and Internship (MSIB) is a government program that provides opportunities for students throughout Indonesia who wish to improve student competency in the world of work. This program, as well as being a learning space to implement the knowledge and experience gained during college. This program attracted many students to take part, including Diponegoro University’s Indonesian Literature study program student, Chintya Angesty, who was successfully selected to take part in the MSIB program held by PT Net Mediatama after participating in a series of selections.
PT NET Mediatama as a multimedia company opens opportunities for 67 students to join the program. There are 5 divisions opened in this program namely the production division, brand communication, research & development, news, and human capital. Chintya herself managed to become one of the students who had the opportunity to join the production division with a division of work positions in the religious program Picking up Blessings as a studio creative team, the variety show program Ready to Bos as a creative team, the Tonight Show Regular program as a studio production assistant, a reality show program. Cake and The City as a production assistant, floor director, and unit production manager. Not only that, but Chintya also succeeded in making a script for one episode of Picking Up Blessings with the title Janda Kembang which will air in September 2022. Chintya also managed to complete the final cut and editing on the Tonight Show episode of Tora Sudiro Family and Dygta Band. Finally, he also managed to complete the rough cut on “Cake and The City” in the episodes of Doggy in Bordeland and Baby Shark.
Dr. Sukarjo Waluyo, M.Hum as Chair of the Indonesian Literature Study Program also feels proud of Chintya’s achievements. He hopes that Chintya can become an inspiration for other fellow students so that there will be more and more Undip Indonesian Literature study program students who are interested and have the opportunity to take part in the MSIB program and gain as much experience as possible through the program.
