Indonesian Literature Students in the “Yaudah Gini Aja Deh” Team Achieve (Top 10) in Budaya Go! 2025

Semarang — The Yaudah Gini Aja Deh team successfully achieved Joint Winner (Top 10) in the Budaya Go! Student Category of the 2025 Indonesian Digital Cultural Innovation Competition. This prestigious competition was organized by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Indonesia as part of its efforts to encourage young generations to participate creatively in cultural preservation through digital approaches.

The team consists of five students from Universitas Diponegoro, two of whom are students from the Indonesian Literature Study Program, Universitas Diponegoro (Undip), namely Khidmati Elyaum and Nabila Aina. Both students were recognized for their ability to present innovative ideas that creatively integrate Indonesian cultural values with the use of digital technology in ways that are relevant to younger audiences.

Budaya Go! is a program designed to encourage students to actively contribute to cultural preservation through digital technology. In this competition, participants are challenged to develop innovative ideas that are not only creative but also impactful and sustainable.

The inclusion of the “Yaudah Gini Aja Deh” team among the Top 10 teams nationwide is a commendable achievement. This accomplishment demonstrates that students of Indonesian Literature are not limited to texts and theoretical studies alone, but are also capable of adapting to contemporary developments and actively participating in digital cultural innovation.

Dr. Sukarjo Waluyo, S.S., M.Hum., Head of the Indonesian Literature Study Program, Faculty of Humanities, Universitas Diponegoro, expressed his congratulations and pride in the team’s achievement. He also hopes that this accomplishment will serve as an inspiration for other students to actively engage in various academic and non-academic activities, both within and beyond the university environment.
