SASINDO-The Internship Programme has become one of the practical extensions of Merdeka Learning Campus Merdeka (MBKM). With internship activities, students of the Indonesian Literature Study Program are expected to practice their knowledge during college in the world of work. For this reason, the Indonesian Literature Study Program of FIB Undip also provided a debriefing to students of Batch 2022 on Friday, 1 March 2024.

This debriefing is carried out to prepare each student to face the process of tasting the world of work. In this case, students are directed to make several preparations, such as work planning proposals, internship targets that are in accordance with college concentrations, mentoring processes during internships, and reporting afterward. Systematic debriefing to direct students to an example of a work program and the ability to process work as planned.

Of course, in the world of work, students need to prepare themselves with conditions that are uncertain and outside of planning. The ability of students to handle situations outside the plan will create a universe of learning about how the dynamics of the world of work. This dynamic is also related to the chosen concentration, namely Literature, Linguistics, or Philology. Each concentration has its own professional challenges in the world of work.

This internship briefing received a lively welcome from all Indonesian Literature students Class of 2022. This can be seen from the enthusiasm of the questions asked after the briefing was delivered. Moreover, Dr. Sukarjo Waluyo, M.Hum., as the Head of the Indonesian Literature Study Program also appreciated the enthusiasm of students in processing academic needs and work practices through this internship program.
