Increasing intimacy between lecturers and education staff is an important element that the Indonesian Literature Study Program, Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Diponegoro University always tries to maintain. One way to do this is by taking a tour with the extended family of the Indonesian Literature study program to Bandung. This activity was carried out on January 13-16 2023 and involved all active and retired lecturers, educational staff, as well as the families of the Indonesian Literature Study Program lecturers. By raising the slogan “Healing and Wapadha”, this tour is expected to be a means to refresh minds and recharge the energy of academics so that they are still able to work properly and with quality.
The four-day trip targeted several favorite tourist destinations in Bandung.

The Great Asia Africa was chosen as the first tourist attraction to visit. The lecturers and students explore and capture the moment against the background of various icons from various countries in Asia and Africa. Apart from The Great Asia Afrika, several other places were also visited namely Tangkuban Perahu, D’Castello, and Gedung Sate.

Lecturers and students also use the Bandros train “Bandung Tour and Bus” to go around the city of Bandung. By embracing retired lecturers to participate, this activity was able to maintain friendly relations between the big families of the Indonesian Literature Study Program FIB Undip.

Dr. Sukarjo Waluyo, M.Hum, and Laura Andry R.M., M.A. as the chairman and secretary of the Indonesian Literature Study Program FIB UNDIP have made every effort possible in compiling this activity so that it can run smoothly and have a positive impact on lecturers and students, especially as an effort to increase solidarity. The lecturers and students were happy and hoped that similar activities could be carried out again in the future. (Marta)
